       NOTICE is hereby given that the Cherokee County Commissioners= Court will meet in Special Session at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at its regular meeting place in the County Courtroom in the County Courthouse in the City of Rusk, Texas, for the purpose of:

 1.        Call to Order.

 2.         Consider canvassing the General Election ballots of November 3, 2009.
