NOTICE OF MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Cherokee County
Commissioners= Court will meet in Special Session at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 10,
2009 at its regular meeting place in the County Courtroom in the County Courthouse in the City of
Rusk, Texas, for the purpose of:
1. Call to Order.
2. Hold a public hearing on budget for Fiscal Year 2009-2010.
3. Consider adopting the budget for Fiscal Year 2009-2010.
4. Hold a Public Hearing on a proposal of setting tax rate for Fiscal Year
2009-2010.
