       NOTICE is hereby given that the Cherokee County Commissioners' Court will meet in Special Session at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at its regular meeting place in the County Courtroom in the County Courthouse in the City of Rusk, Texas, for the purpose of:

 1.        Call to Order.

 2.         Consider canvassing the General Election ballots of November 4, 2008.
